… That coffee has two times more antioxidants than green tea?

• Anti-oxidants are food components that prevent cell damage in the body.
• Robusta coffee beans have twice the antioxidants of Arabica coffee beans. NESCAFÉ is made from 100% Robusta coffee beans.
• The amount of antioxidants in coffee vary from cup to cup, depending on the amount of coffee used.

The ideal time to wait before starting any fitness activity is about:

- 1/2 hour after a light snack
- 1 hour after a light meal, heavy snack, or meal replacement drink
- 2 hours after a regular meal
- 3 hours after a big feast
