Did You Know? Part 2

...That coffee contains the same amount of antioxidants, whether with caffeine or decaffeinated?

Coffee is rich in antioxidants that help fight against free radicals, one of the main causes of aging.
Coffee even has more antioxidants than some fruits and vegetables.
