Healthy Snacks For Kids

Did you know that snacks are a good way to provide children with adequate nutrition?

• Children have smaller stomachs than adults and therefore should have smaller frequent meals.

• Make sure you give them healthy snacks such as fruits or fruit juice, milk and cereal, or milk and peanut butter sandwich.
