Nutrition and Wellness for Kids

The best way to teach your kids about nutrition and wellness is to be a model for wellness yourself.

• Show the importance of exercise by taking time to do a physical activity with your child at least three times a week for at least 30 minutes a day. For example, you can play a sport like badminton together or just simply walk around the neighborhood. This is a good bonding opportunity too!
• Always have fruits and vegetables in your kitchen instead of nutrient-low and calorie-rich snacks.
