That constantly challenging your brain and feeding it a well-balanced diet will help increase its memory capabilities, boost creativity levels, and improve cognitive levels?

- Play games that challenge the brain, such as Sudoku puzzles, and chess.
- Learn how to play an instrument
- Have a regular exercise routine. Simple exercises like running and walking can help boost oxygen in the brain.
