Eat Better, Learn Better

There is no super nutrient to boost brain development. All nutrients are needed for proper growth and development of the brain.

There is no evidence that sugar can cause hyperactivity.

Studies show that children who eat breakfast learn better, are more attentive, and are more likely to participate in school activities.
